Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in School Psychology or a related field is required
• Current and valid New Mexico school psychologist license
• Prior experience supporting elementary, middle, and/or high school students is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement effective intervention strategies
• Compassionate, collaborative, and adaptable mindset

What you’ll be doing:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students in multiple grade levels
• Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized educational and behavioral support plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support teams to create a safe, inclusive environment
• Counsel students individually and in groups, addressing social, emotional, and academic concerns
• Contribute to crisis response and intervention when needed
• Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings, providing data-driven recommendations
• Help create and deliver school-wide programs to enhance wellness and resilience
