Overview JOB SPECIFICS OSF Medical Group is seeking an advanced practice provider to deliver cardiology care to patients in our growing clinic. You will collaborate with 12 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers Responsibilities include assessing a variety of symptom management cases, promoting communication, collaboration with cardiologist, and providing passionate care for cardiology patients with chronic and acute conditions. Function autonomously and have demonstrated experience in cardiology management. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.
