Job Description

Mass General Brigham is seeking an Experienced (two years) Part-Time (0.5 FTE) Board Certified or Board Eligible Nocturnist Hospitalist Physician to join our thriving team at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, Massachusetts. What Youll Do

\n
• Provide overnight inpatient care for adult patients  
\n
• Collaborate with daytime hospitalist teams for seamless transitions  
\n
• Triage and admit patients from the Emergency Department
\n
• Work closely with a team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and subspecialists to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
\n
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital protocols  
\n
• Join our team and make a meaningful impact on quality care during the critical overnight hours!  
\n
• This is a part-time role that is comprised of six (6) shifts per month, 7:00pm - 7:00am
\n
• Participate in a collaborative environment that fosters teamwork and a high standard of care.
\n
