Key Responsibilities Academic Leadership & Program Management Serve as Postgraduate Program Lead, with responsibility for curriculum integrity, academic standards, and continuous enhancement. Lead validation, review, and reapproval processes for graduate programs. Ensure alignment between postgraduate teaching, research activity, and institutional strategy. Coordinate academic teams, assessment strategies, and external examiners. Teaching & Supervision Deliver high‑quality, research‑informed graduate‑level instruction. Supervise postgraduate dissertations, capstone projects, and applied research initiatives. Ensure assessment and feedback meet rigorous graduate academic standards. Support students transitioning into doctoral study, research careers, or advanced professional roles. Research, Knowledge Exchange & Professional Practice Maintain an active and credible research profile appropriate to postgraduate leadership. Publish scholarly work or demonstrate equivalent professional outputs. Contribute to research income generation, partnerships, and interdisciplinary initiatives. Integrate research, innovation, and professional practice into graduate curricula. Student Experience & Recruitment Support postgraduate recruitment, applicant engagement, and conversion initiatives. Enhance the graduate student experience, progression, and overall satisfaction. Engage with alumni, employers, and professional organizations to strengthen program reputation and career outcomes. Academic Citizenship & External Engagement Participate in doctoral, research, and postgraduate committees. Represent graduate programs internally and externally. Champion equity, diversity, inclusion, and academic integrity across postgraduate provision. Candidate Profile Required Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. Doctorate (PhD or Professional Doctorate) in a relevant field. Experience teaching at the graduate level. Experience with postgraduate program leadership, coordination, or supervision. Active research, scholarly, or advanced professional practice profile. Demonstrated commitment to inclusive postgraduate education and supervision. Preferred Senior Fellowship (or equivalent recognition) from a recognized higher education teaching body. Experience securing research funding, leading enterprise initiatives, or supervising doctoral candidates. Experience delivering international or transnational postgraduate programs.
