Front Desk & Patient Access Specialist
Young Adult Institute
You will join Young Adult Institute in New York as a Medical Receptionist, maintaining a clean front desk, greeting patients, and ensuring smooth patient flow. You will check in patients, manage the waiting area, collect copays, and coordinate follow-ups in person or by phone.
