Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Pediatric Hematology Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) for a weekend night position in Brookhaven, Georgia. The candidate must have a valid active RN license, at least two years of experience including pediatric hematology/oncology, and hold required certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and the American Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Nurses (APHON) Chemo certification. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Brookhaven, Georgia
• Schedule: Weekend position, Night shifts, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM (36 hours per week)
• Required Qualifications: Active RN license, 2+ years of experience, Pediatric Hematology/Oncology experience, BLS, PALS, APHON Chemo certifications, current RTO documentation, and flu vaccination. Must include RTO at time of submission.
• Preferred Qualifications: BMT experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Additional Information:
  • Scrub color is flexible (any color).
  • This is a NICOTINE FREE FACILITY; drug screening is required.
  • The facility will not accept exemptions for the flu vaccination, including medical or religious exemptions. No submissions should be made for candidates unable to receive a flu vaccine.
  • The EMR system used is Epic.
