Long-term locum tenens opportunity involves overseeing a dedicated team of providers and managing hospital rounds, consults, and call duties. A mix of clinic work and possible travel to a nearby office makes this a dynamic and flexible role suited to those ready for an immediate start.

• Assignment Type: Locum Tenens
• Setting: Outpatient Clinic / Consultation Service
• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Hospital consults required on some weekends
• Patient Population: Adult
• Location: Johnstown, PA
• Stipends: Housing and travel options can be discussed for non-local candidates

• Weekly direct deposit
• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
• Supportive credentialing assistance
• Lodging and mileage reimbursement (if applicable)
• Flexible scheduling

• Oversee nurse navigators, APPs, and infusion RNs
• Conduct hospital rounds and consults during assigned weeks and weekends
• Possible travel to Somerset office for clinic hours
• Engage in after-hours call duties for clinic-related urgent matters
• No hospital admissions required

• Board-certified/board-eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• Active PA license or IMLC with LOQ
• Completion of Pennsylvania-specific educational requirements in child abuse recognition and opioid prescribing
• Eligible for long-term commitment

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Weekend consults: Saturday and Sunday, 4 hours per day
• Additional flexibility for call duties as needed

• Strong clinical skills in hematology and oncology
• Ability to manage and oversee a dynamic medical team
• Excellent communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficient in navigating complex patient management scenarios
