Physical Therapist Assistnat (PTA) – ASAP Start Opportunity! This role is for a highly skilled Physical Therapist / RPT who will provide expert physical therapy services, collaborate with healthcare teams, and develop innovative therapy programs. The position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $35 to $41. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine physical therapy needs. Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques. Deliver physical therapy services and educate patients about health and wellness. Consult with healthcare teams to offer insights and recommendations on therapy treatments. Design and implement innovative physical therapy programs to improve outcomes. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate patient records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and discharge summaries. Stay current with developments in physical therapy and integrate new knowledge into practice. Provide training and mentoring to junior therapists and other staff. Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; Doctorate (DPT) preferred. Current and valid licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist (RPT). Minimum 5 years of experience, especially in consulting roles. Expertise in diverse physical therapy techniques and program development. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration. Demonstrated ability to assess patient needs and develop effective treatment plans. Analytical and problem‑solving skills for sound clinical decisions. Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment. Commitment to ongoing professional development and current best practices. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus. Benefits Salary: $35–$41 per hour. Paid Time Off (PTO) – 15 days to start, accrue up to 240 hours.
