A growing employee-owned civil construction company that has been around for 100 years, is looking for a skilled lead track hoe Operator to join their team for permanent employment. There is lots of room for growth and a full-time schedule with overtime potential!

• Apply today, if you LOVE a track hoe and can safely scratch your head with the bucket
• Are excited about increasing production for a crew 
• You have at least 3-5 years of experience laying storm drain, water, and sewer with a track hoe
• Have a working knowledge of how to use a pipe laser and a grade rod
• Would like to grow from a lead Operator role to a Foreman
• Desire to learn to read blueprints and perform grading calculations- experience with either is a plus but not required
• Having reliable transportation is crucial because your office moves when you complete a project
