In-House Counsel — Governance, Contracts & Compliance

Waynflete School

Waynflete School in Washington, DC, is seeking an Associate General Counsel to provide legal advice and support on governance, compliance, and business matters.

The ideal candidate will have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and be an active member of the D.C. Bar. Responsibilities include contract negotiation, governance document review, and training staff on legal matters. This hybrid position offers a diverse and inclusive working environment.
