Sunroom Sales Representative

Overview Champion Window - Sunroom Sales Representative Champion is seeking experienced in-home sales professionals to join our team. Leads provided, no cold calling, and paid training. Unlimited earning potential – $100,000 to $200,000+ potential in the first year Leads Provided: pre-qualified appointments for sales representatives Over 60 years of experience with opportunities for career advancement Culture focused on community, employee incentives, and company-paid annual Achievers’ trip Responsibilities Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers Identify customer needs and utilize Champion’s proven sales presentation Negotiate and close sales Participate in daily sales/ training meetings and coaching sessions Qualifications Proven success in consultative or in-home sales, preferably with high-ticket products or services Strong closing and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and overcome objections Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals Ability to manage a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer availability Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and providing customized solutions Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments and follow-up activities Proficient with CRM systems, mobile technology, and basic math/computer applications Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the assigned territory Ability to measure and explain product features, financing options, and installation processes High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or sales certifications are a plus Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Preferred Backgrounds Home improvement, windows, doors, roofing, siding, bath remodeling, or outdoor living sales HVAC, flooring, kitchen and bath, furniture, mattress, or other high-value retail sales Automotive, real estate, insurance, or other consultative sales environments Experience selling products with financing options and one-call close presentations Training This role includes a comprehensive training program. Training begins virtually on August 3, followed by one week of hands-on training in Minneapolis beginning August 10 with Sunrooms experts. After returning, you will complete an additional two weeks of hands-on training in your home market before transitioning into the role independently.
