Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians for projects located in the Grants Pass, OR area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $28-35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform routine maintenance and preventative service
Service furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, mini-split systems, and related equipment
Identify and recommend necessary repairs and replacement options
Complete accurate service reports and job documentation
Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
Safely operate a company vehicle while traveling between service locations
Provide professional and courteous customer service on occupied residential and commercial sites
Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards

Responsibilities

HVAC service and troubleshooting experience required
Pass a background check
Pass a drug screen
EPA Certification
4+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
Experience servicing a variety of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
