Nurse Manager, Emergency DepartmentJob Title: Nurse Manager, Emergency DepartmentProfession: IMC Specialty: Nursing AdministrationDuration: 13 months Shift: Evening Shift Hours per Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PMExperience: Minimum of five (5) years nursing experience in management and/or supervisory roles in the Emergency DepartmentLicense: Current license to practice as a Registered Professional NurseCertifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCCMust-Have: - Must have Emergency Department experience - Must have a Master's Degree in Nursing - Must have 1 year of experience with EPICDescription: The Nurse Manager of the Emergency Department assumes 24-hour responsibility for overall assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. The Nurse Manager has oversight and direction for the emergency department and is accountable for planning, directing, leading, and evaluating nursing care within the department. This role fosters an environment of collaboration and respect among all healthcare team members. Weekend and holiday coverage is required as part of this role.
