Fleet Office Assistant

Sparks Group has partnered with a local county government that is seeking a Fleet Office Assistant for a 4-5-month contract. Please apply today!

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily clerical operations, including phone and email correspondence, invoice filing, and inventory management for office supplies.
  • Serve as a point of contact for drivers; assist with logs and verifying fund on fuel cards.
  • Schedule proactive vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections while tracking mileage and fuel consumption to optimize fleet performance.
  • Manage and organize fleet records, including vehicle titles, licenses, registrations, and insurance documentation, ensuring 100% database accuracy.
  • Additional tasks and duties as assigned
Qualifications/Background Profile
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
  • Proven track record of prioritizing tasks and multitasking under tight deadlines.
  • High level of professional integrity and workplace ethics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management tools.
  • Skilled at building strong, professional rapport with both entry-level employees and executive leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sharp attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high accuracy.
  • Must be able to pass a background check
