Role Description The Sales Associate role is a part-time, on-site position based in Orlando, FL. The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an elevated customer experience by greeting clients, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations that reflect the Michael Kors brand. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with sales transactions, maintaining visual merchandising standards, replenishing stock, and ensuring the sales floor and fitting rooms are clean and organized. The role also involves learning product features, supporting promotional activities, and contributing to store sales goals through client outreach and follow-up. Sales Associates collaborate with the store team and management to uphold brand standards and contribute to an inclusive, professional work environment. Qualifications Strong customer service and client interaction skills, with the ability to build rapport and deliver luxury-level experiences. Sales and retail skills, including point-of-sale operation, cash handling, and experience meeting or exceeding sales goals. Communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional teamwork. Organization and attention to detail in maintaining visual merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, and store presentation. Ability to work flexible part-time shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in an on-site retail environment. Basic knowledge of fashion or luxury retail trends and a genuine interest in the Michael Kors brand and products. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to stand, move, and lift light to moderate loads during scheduled shifts.
