Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Agentic Full-Stack Tech Lead to build and scale AI-native, product-focused applications. This role is centered on embedding AI directly into workflows—moving beyond simple chat experiences into agent-based systems that can take action. You will lead a pod of ~8 engineers, combining hands-on development with technical leadership, and play a key role in shaping how AI is applied to real business problems. This is not a pure management role—you’ll be expected to code, design, and guide. What You’ll Be Working On Building a unified AI assistant that evolves into an action-oriented agent platform Embedding AI into workflows to automate tasks and decision-making Designing systems where AI can execute actions (not just generate responses) Developing insight layers that generate behavioral analytics and user personas Applying AI to improve engineering efficiency, testing, and delivery speed Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Development Lead design and development of scalable, cloud-native applications Build full-stack solutions using React, TypeScript , and backend technologies ( Python or C# ) Design and implement microservices and APIs Guide architecture decisions and conduct code reviews / PR oversight Ensure systems are secure, resilient, and performant Design and implement agent-based systems that take action within applications Apply RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) and context management techniques Embed AI directly into product workflows (automation, decision support, etc.) Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality Evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs in production environments Delivery & Collaboration Lead a pod of ~8 engineers across a global team (India/Brazil) Partner closely with product owners and stakeholders Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions Drive delivery in an Agile / DevOps environment Promote best practices across CI/CD, testing, and engineering standards Required Qualifications 8+ years of software development experience Experience as a technical lead or senior engineer guiding teams Strong full-stack experience with: React + TypeScript Backend development using Python or C# Experience building APIs, microservices, and cloud-based systems (Azure preferred) Hands-on experience applying AI tools and agentic development frameworks (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Gemini CLI, etc.) Understanding of: Agent-based architectures RAG and context management concepts Experience with CI/CD, GitHub, and DevOps practices Strong communication skills and ability to work in global teams What Success Looks Like AI is seamlessly embedded into workflows—not treated as a separate feature Teams deliver high-quality, scalable software consistently AI-driven development improves speed, quality, and efficiency Strong collaboration between engineering, product, and business teams Engineers grow through hands-on leadership and mentorship #J-18808-Ljbffr Brooksource
