Job TitleInspect, maintain, and repair construction equipment from various manufacturers, such as Komatsu, Case, Bomag, Kubota, Tadano, ManitowocDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and testing equipmentConduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and efficiencyDocument service and repair records accuratelyField service techs will respond to on-site service calls in a professional mannerFollow all safety protocols and company policiesOwn a complete set of standard repair tools, standard tools will not be providedHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in diesel mechanics or related field preferred3+ years of experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenanceProficiency with hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and electrical systemsStrong troubleshooting and mechanical skillsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and schematicsValid driver's license; CDL is a plusMust be able to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying outdoor conditionsPrimarily outdoor job sites and workshopsMonday–Friday, full-time and occasional weekends may be requiredCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysRetirement plan with company match
