- Assistwithpriorityproductionassignmentsandsupporttrainingoffellowassemblypersonnel.
- Maintainaclean,organized,andsafeworkstationfollowingestablished5Sprinciples.
- Followcompanysafetyprocedures,qualitystandards,andproductionrequirementstoensureefficientmanufacturingoperations.
- Minimumtwo(2)yearsofaerospaceorsimilarmanufacturingassemblyexperiencerequired.
- Highschooldiplomaorequivalent.
- Previousaerospacemanufacturingexperiencepreferred.
- Abilitytoreadandinterpretblueprints,technicaldrawings,andassemblyworkinstructions.
- Experienceusinghandtools,powertools,andmanufacturingassemblyequipment.
- Strongmanualdexterity,mechanicalaptitude,andattentiontodetail.
- Abilitytoidentifydefectivecomponentsandperformbasicqualityinspections.
- Basicmathskills,includingaddition,subtraction,multiplication,anddivision.
