Express Employment Professionals of Caldwell is seeking a bi-lingual Recruiter to join our team! Job duties include: Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with clients and candidates Interviewing candidates Receiving new job openings from clients Composing job descriptions and posting them on various job boards and social media sites Sourcing and recruiting candidates on various job boards, screening resumes, and identifying qualified candidates Checking references for all interviewed candidates Submitting resumes to clients for review and coordinating interviews Filling job orders with urgency Completing inside sales activities to prospect clients and current clients to generate and expand business Negotiating and closing job orders Providing work performance feedback to candidates and coaching candidates as needed Attending job fairs, in person and virtually Attending appreciation events and luncheons for candidates and clients Utilizing proprietary database to track job assignments, quality control calls, and job orders Answering telephone calls, providing exceptional customer service Updating and maintaining company website with current job orders Assisting with other tasks as needed Ideal candidate: Eagerness to help people Self-starter and problem solver Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!
