What You'll Do Diagnose and treat a wide variety of dental conditions. Develop comprehensive treatment plans focused on long-term oral health. Perform restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dental procedures. Educate patients on treatment options and preventative care. Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and office leadership to deliver an outstanding patient experience. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education. Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active (or eligible for) Iowa dental license. Strong clinical and communication skills. Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
