Job Summary

A growing construction organization in Prosper, TX is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead complex residential, commercial, and office construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a senior construction project leader who can manage high-value projects, mentor project teams, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to strategic growth.

The Project Executive will serve as a hands-on leader and trusted escalation point for owners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. This role offers the opportunity to influence operational excellence, support business development efforts, and help shape project delivery standards within a collaborative, values-driven environment. Key Responsibilities

- Lead assigned construction projects through preconstruction, construction, and closeout while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction goals are met.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop project management teams, including workload planning, performance feedback, assignments, evaluations, and team development.
- Create and manage accurate project estimates, budgets, schedules, cost analysis, financial reviews, and corrective action plans to support successful project outcomes.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for owners, vendors, subcontractors, regulatory stakeholders, and internal leadership to resolve complex project and business issues.
- Support strategic business development efforts, including project pursuits, client presentations, RFP responses, market strategy, and relationship building.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts by reinforcing standard operating procedures, identifying process efficiencies, and promoting best practices across project teams.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $140,000 to $165,000 per year.
