About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Ventura MedStaff to find a qualified CVOR RN in Wheeling, West Virginia, 26003!

Travel CVOR RN is needed to start ASAP in a hospital in West Virginia for 13 weeks. Current unencumbered licensure with the WV or compact license is required. ACLS and BLS are required. Number of rooms – 3 CVOR, 3 Hybrid OR for Vascular. Knowledge of open vascular and endovascular is required. The role also requires the RN to circulate and sedate. Shifts are typically 6am-4:30pm, but they can also work 9am-7:30pm. Typically 2 nights per week, 1 of these calls being "first team" and the second one being a "second team" call, also 1 weekend per month. This is Friday night/Sat/Sun. They will rotate between them. Call is 1 night a week, 1 weekend a month. Number of cases per day 5-6 Hearts. Types of cases - CABG, Maze, Valve, starting Heart Transplants, Vascular. (LVADs and Transplant would be a bonus!).
