Job Title

RN - Medical Surgical / Emergency Room (Med Surg / ER)

Contract | Full-Time | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 13 Weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in both Medical Surgical and Emergency Room settings within a Critical Access Hospital (CAH)
• Administer and monitor IV medications safely and accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver quality patient outcomes
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Respond to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions in the ER setting

Required Qualifications

• Active Kansas RN license or multistate compact license required
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Demonstrated experience in both Medical Surgical and Emergency Room nursing
• Proficiency with IV medication administration

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) setting
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced clinical environment
