Quality & safety manager

In deze functie als quality & safety manager sta je in voor het kwaliteit,- veiligheid- en welzijnsbeleid in het bedrijf. Je bent een spilfiguur tussen management en de werkvloer en vertaalt wetgeving naar duidelijke procedures. Ontwikkelen, implementeren en opvolgen van een globaal preventieplan en risicoanalyses in samenwerking met betrokken partijen op verschillende sites. Onderzoeken van arbeidsongevallen en preventief beleid om deze incidenten te voorkomen. Begeleiden van controlebeozken, audits en specifieke kwaliteitsproeven. Bij nieuwe producten/projecten wordt er ook een nieuw kwaliteitsplan opgemaakt. Beheersen en actualiseren van relevante BENOR- en CE- dossiers van producten en processen. Ben je graag betrokken op de werkvloer en daarnaast ook bereid om je regelmatig te verplaatsen naar verschillende productiesites? Dan is deze functie mogelijks interessant voor jou! Vlotte beheersing van Nederlandse en Franse kennis, Engels is een plus. Preventieadviseur niveau II en ervaring met kwaliteitsmanagement, BENOR en CE certificatie zijn belangrijk. Je komt zelfzeker over en communiceert vlot met het managementteam en externe diensten of medewerkers op de vloer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
