Job Summary

We are looking for individuals to join our client’s team as Senior Paralegal . You will provide comprehensive litigation support, including case management, investigations, discovery, legal document preparation, and legal hold administration.

Job Description

• Litigation Matter Administration: Oversee end-to-end case management, including deadline tracking, status reporting, outside counsel budgeting/billing, and the creation of streamlined legal processes.
•   Investigation & Case Assessment: Support investigations by identifying, collecting, and reviewing evidentiary data, conducting witness interviews, and building comprehensive case timelines and summaries.
•   Legal Hold Management: Own the generation, administration, and compliance of litigation evidence hold procedures and related document management.
•   Document Production & Redaction: Prepare complex sets of documents for review and production, ensuring meticulous quality control, confidentiality reviews, and necessary redactions.
•   Stakeholder Communication: Draft polished correspondence and reports for internal leadership, outside counsel, and key external stakeholders.
•   Confidentiality Safeguarding: Handle highly sensitive, confidential company information with the utmost discretion (NDA required).
•   Dynamic Team Support: Adapt to evolving business needs by taking on special projects and other strategic duties as assigned by management

Skills Required

• 4+ years of experience as a paralegal or comparable legal professional, specifically working with litigation matters.
• Experience with civil litigation is required. Candidates should also have experience in one or more of the following areas: employment law, contracts and business disputes, personal injury, construction litigation, and discovery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent issue-spotting and investigative abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in legal technology, document management systems, and record-keeping platforms.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent practical, hands-on legal experience

Additional Requirements

• Schedule notes: 1 st shift; 8 AM - 5 PM (Monday - Friday)

Pay Rate

• $38–$45 per hour, based on experience, skills, and market factors
