Maintenance Technician - $27- $30

We're seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team and help keep production equipment operating safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong mechanical skills who enjoys troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, conveyors, mixers, fillers, grinders, and HVAC systems.

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and equipment upgrades.

• Support facility maintenance and coordinate with outside vendors when needed.

• Minimize downtime by responding quickly to equipment issues.

• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

✅ 1+ year of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience

✅ Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills

✅ Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and HVAC systems

✅ Basic electrical knowledge (480V and 3-phase motors preferred)

✅ Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

✅ Willingness to participate in an on-call schedule

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buda, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
