Part-Time Assistant Community Manager - Leasing & Sales

Investment Property Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support two manufactured housing communities in Spanaway, WA and Puyallup, WA. The role includes leasing activities, resident relations, rent collection, and coordinated maintenance, with a focus on high occupancy and resident satisfaction. You'll travel between Crystal Pointe Estates and Viking Estates, work a 32-hour week, and help the team maintain strong community standards while providing excellent customer service and #J-18808-Ljbffr Investment-Property-Group
