Certified Wound Care Clinician/Nurse

Responsibilities Work with long-term care facilities in a designated territory to assist with wound assessments and treatment decisions. Monitor proper application and utilization of wound-care products. Understand Medicare documentation and reimbursement guidelines. Educate facility staff on documentation that meets federal and state requirements. Order wound-care products through the internal system “FastCare” for residents to receive their products. Support facilities’ wound-care programs by assisting with tracking, documentation, and understanding of wound-care product coverage guidelines. Requirements Valid healthcare license (RN, LPN, PT, OTR‑L, DPM, or similar) preferred but could be certified in the first year of hire. Exemplary customer service skills. Business savvy, sales-minded. Self‑starter and work independently. Hard‑working and motivated. Organized and detail-oriented.
