• Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (06:15 - 14:45)
• Hours/Week: 40 hours/week
• Employment Type: Contract
• License/Certs: Active State RN license, BLS, ACLS (if required)
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in OR nursing, proficient in ophthalmology, peds ortho, peds general, peds ENT

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $67.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide specialized nursing care in the operating room during scheduled procedures
• Assist in preparing the OR and surgical instruments for various surgeries
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safety and efficiency
• Document patient information and surgical activities accurately in EPIC
• Maintain sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols
• Respond to emergency situations as needed in an OR setting

What You Need:

• Valid Louisiana RN license
• Minimum 3 years of circulator experience in OR
• Proficiency in ophthalmology, peds ortho, peds general, and peds ENT
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
