Competitive Compensation: Base salary of $300K - $400K with additional opportunity based on commission. Full operational, marketing, and administrative support Requirements: Consult with patients to assess aesthetic and reconstructive needs Educate patients on surgical and non-surgical options, risks, and outcomes Perform cosmetic and reconstructive procedures with the highest standards of care Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative management Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinical records Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient experience Uphold ethical, professional, and regulatory standards at all times MD or DO with completion of an accredited Plastic Surgery residency.
