Full-Time Telemedicine Provider (NP or PA) – Servicing Indiana (Fully Remote)SynergenX is seeking a full-time Telemedicine Provider to care for patients throughout Indiana via telehealth. Candidates must hold an active Indiana license and a current Indiana CSR and Full DEA registration. This is a fully remote, full-time W-2 position.SynergenX is a leader in evidence-based hormone optimization and wellness care, providing comprehensive treatment for both men and women. While this position will treat patients of both biological sexes, including comprehensive hormone management and medical weight loss.This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate, patient-focused Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who is passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life through personalized hormone optimization and preventive healthcare.
