Tech - Echo/Ultrasound/Sonographer

$1836.00/week - Job Summary: Provide advanced diagnostic ultrasound imaging services to patients under the supervision of a radiologist or physician. Operate various ultrasound equipment to capture internal body images, supporting accurate diagnoses and patient care. Responsibilities: Operate ultrasound equipment to produce clear images of internal structures. Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining process and ensuring comfort. Collaborate with medical staff to interpret and document imaging results. Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound devices to ensure optimal performance. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a sterile, professional environment. Document and verify patient information accurately in the medical records system. Qualifications: Hold an active RDMS and RVT certification. Possess at least 2 years of hospital experience as an Ultrasound Tech. Demonstrate proficiency in operating GE and Discovery 450 ultrasound machines. Maintain current BLS certification. Ability to work independently, with flexibility to work nights and weekends.
