Parts Counter Representative

At Great Lakes Honda City, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Counter Person to join our team! If you have a passion for cars, strong customer service skills, and experience in automotive parts, this is your opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers (retail and service department) in selecting required parts
• Locate and order parts from internal and external sources as needed
• Maintain inventory levels and organize parts storage
• Accurately process parts orders, returns, and warranties
• Provide accurate pricing and availability information
• Coordinate with service technicians and managers to ensure timely parts delivery

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an automotive parts role a MUST!
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to use electronic parts catalogs and dealership management systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
