Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support and optimize our direct response marketing efforts across multiple channels. This role will be responsible for monitoring campaign performance, reviewing creative content, analyzing conversion data, and helping ensure marketing efforts translate into qualified leads and sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, creative-minded, and excited to work in-office alongside the marketing and sales teams to improve campaign performance and customer conversion outcomes. Responsibilities Review and approve creator advertisements and marketing content prior to launch Confirm ad drops and ensure campaigns launch properly and on schedule Record and track attributes related to campaign and ad drops Monitor marketing performance from initial ad engagement through sales conversion Analyze campaign effectiveness across the full customer funnel Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and KPIs Track and optimize webform conversion performance and meeting-set conversion rates Manage and optimize text, email, and outbound marketing campaigns Conduct A/B testing on messaging, campaigns, and creative content Attend meetings to review performance data, strategy, and campaign initiatives Assist with content management, reporting, and ongoing campaign improvements Help connect ad performance to downstream sales and conversion outcomes Marketing Channels Experience with email and SMS/text marketing Work alongside external agency partners supporting campaigns across social media channels Qualifications 2–4 years of digital marketing experience Understanding of direct response marketing principles Experience analyzing campaign performance and conversion metrics Familiarity with email and text marketing campaigns Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience developing or reviewing ad creative is a plus Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization is preferred Creative writing or copywriting experience is a plus We are looking for someone excited to contribute in person, participate in team meetings, and actively support the growth and success of the marketing department and company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
