Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver high-quality instruction in both push-in and pull-out resource settings, focusing on reading, math, and core curriculum areas
• Provide individualized support tailored to students’ unique needs and IEP goals
• Foster academic and behavioral growth for students in general education classrooms through co-teaching, collaboration, and consultation
• Accurately monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation for compliance
• Partner closely with general education staff and the special education team to create inclusive, supportive learning environments
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and serve as a resource for parents and colleagues

Qualifications sought for this role include:

• Pending or active South Carolina Special Education certification
• Experience in a resource, inclusion, or similar support role preferred
• Strong instructional techniques and effective classroom management abilities
• Passionate about collaboration, communication, and advocating for students’ needs
• Comfort supporting elementary through middle school grade levels
