Registered Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienist Pay range $45-55 per hour (negotiable based on experience). Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Benefits include 401(k), PTO, flexible schedules, continuing education credits, and a comprehensive benefits package. We provide a bi‑weekly uncapped production bonus and monthly office performance bonuses. After one year of employment, hygienists may seek reimbursement for continuing education courses up to $250 per year. Company‑provided certification training is reimbursed for CPR, radiology, nitrous oxide, and other required certificates. Responsibilities Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient. Provide direct patient care, including scaling and prophylaxis, x‑rays, application of sealants and fluoride, under the general supervision of a dentist. Offer exceptional customer service and identify opportunities for Same Day Care. Educate patients and parents in oral‑hygiene instruction. Assess dental condition and needs, reviewing patients’ medical history. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process. Assist with dental and periodontal charting when necessary. Take and store x‑rays in patient charts when needed. Provide memorable patient experiences through compassion toward patients and parents. Support the mission of delivering excellent dental care to the community and creating more smiles. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including a hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire). Commitment to teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation.
