Battery Outfitters is growing in Cottleville and looking for an energetic, driven Warehouse Lead/Supervisor to join our team. If you take pride in running a tight operation, love leading people, and want to grow with a company that genuinely invests in you we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Lead daily warehouse operations including processing deliveries and fulfilling orders
Champion safety, quality, and efficiency on the floor
Maintain accurate inventory using our warehouse management systems
Keep a clean, organized, and high-energy work environment
Make occasional local deliveries (valid driver's license required)

What We're Looking For

3+ years of warehouse/Lead experience (preferred)
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable with inventory and warehouse management software
Physically able to handle up to 90 lbs
Valid driver's license required; forklift certification is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $17$20/hr (depending on experience)
