LOCATION: Cayuga County - Auburn, NY

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week

As a new Lawn Crew Leader at Mozaic, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of landscapers, assigning daily tasks, and ensuring the quality of work meets company standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating schedules, communicating with clients to understand their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise on-site. Additionally, you will be expected to provide guidance and support to team members, conduct regular equipment inspections, and maintain a safe work environment. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the visual appeal of outdoor spaces while upholding our core values of integrity and safety. To excel as a Lawn Crew Leader at Mozaic, you should possess a valid NYS Driver's License, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Problem-solving skills are essential for addressing any challenges that may arise during projects.

Additionally, having a commitment to safety and integrity will ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards. Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers is crucial. Proficiency in basic computer skills for scheduling and communication purposes is preferred.

Experience in landscaping or a related field is advantageous but not required - we are looking for individuals who are willing to learn and grow with our team.
