Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Current state license (or eligibility for reciprocity)
• BLS certification (ACLS and PALS preferred)
• Minimum of one year acute care or hospital experience
• Previous experience in adult ICU, NICU, and ER settings highly desirable
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care in adult ICU, NICU, ER, and general medical units
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans
• Respond to emergency respiratory situations and provide advanced airway management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimum patient results
• Maintain accurate documentation in alignment with hospital standards
