As the senior finance leader for the business, the Financial Controller will serve as the primary finance business partner to the President and a key member of the leadership team. This role is responsible for driving profitable growth, enhancing operational performance, supporting strategic decision-making, improving working capital performance, and providing strong financial stewardship. The successful candidate will influence key business decisions, identify opportunities and risks, and lead a high-performing finance team that supports operations across Houston, Texas and El Dorado, Arkansas.
