Panel Processing Supervisor – Manufacturing (Onsite | $72K)

We are partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturing company in the construction products industry to identify a Panel Processing Supervisor to lead daily production operations within a high-volume plant environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a team responsible for cutting, machining, and preparing panels used in finished products. The ideal candidate will bring strong production floor experience, leadership capability, and a focus on driving efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day panel processing operations including cutting, machining, drilling, and finishing preparation
• Lead and develop a team of production operators to meet daily output and quality targets
• Assign workstations and manage workflow based on production schedules and priorities
• Monitor production metrics such as throughput, scrap, and downtime to ensure operational goals are met
• Inspect product quality, maintain standards, and ensure accuracy across all panel processing activities
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and preventive maintenance
• Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
• Partner with scheduling, assembly, and shipping teams to maintain production flow and on-time delivery
• Train employees on equipment, safety procedures, and best practices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or plant operations
• 1+ year of leadership experience in a production or shop-floor setting
• Strong background in wood products, cabinet manufacturing, millwork, furniture, or construction materials
• Experience working with CNC equipment, saws, routers, or similar production machinery
• Ability to read cut lists, blueprints, and production schedules
• Strong understanding of production flow, material movement, and operational efficiency
• Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and improve processes
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  

Position Details

• Location: Onsite (Manufacturing Facility – Southeast U.S.)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM with flexibility based on production needs)
• Compensation: $72,000 base salary
• Full-time, direct hire
