Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by stepping into a contract Special Education teaching role for the upcoming academic year. Passionate educators are needed to fill multiple openings focused on fostering growth and achievement in students with diverse learning needs. Assignments include one position supporting elementary-level students with autism, one position delivering learning support at the middle school level, and four positions providing high school learning support.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate required by the start date; emergency permits may be sponsored by HR if needed
• Background in special education, customized lesson planning, and supporting students with varying abilities
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
• Previous experience in elementary, middle, or high school settings is a plus
• Dedication to nurturing an inclusive and positive classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Modify curriculum and instruction to accommodate various learning styles
• Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and families
• Track and evaluate student progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed
• Foster a supportive, engaging, and safe learning space for all students
