Intention: To focus heavily on pediatric patient population and apply to a CODA-approved pediatric dental residency program

Salary: Negotiable based on experience; new graduates start out at $175,000.

• Commitment to practicing and learning at various locations dependent on patient needs

• Salary: Negotiable based on experience; new graduates start out at $175,000.
• Sign-on Bonus: Twenty-five thousand dollar signing bonus with one year contract agreement.
• Incentive Pay: Based on performance and contract commitment.
• Loan Repayment: Our providers have a high success rate when applying for State or Federal loan repayment/loan forgiveness programs. Current HPSA score of 26 for all dental locations.

• Commitment to active participation in learning with board-certified pediatric dentist attendings and within the pediatric dental residency environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
• Commitment to JVCHC's mission to improve the health of individuals and families in underserved communities.

Requirements: Doctor of Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine

• Fully licensed dentist to practice in the State of MO (or the ability to obtain a MO license).
