HIV Care Navigator — Mobile Unit & Community Outreach

Rutgers University

A major educational institution in New Jersey is seeking a Patient Navigator to provide community-based HIV testing and case management services. The role involves conducting assessments, developing care plans, and delivering pre- and post-test counseling. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in social work or human services and relevant experience with HIV/AIDS.
