Customer Service Representative - Seasonal Full-Time
Early, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts available!
Winter Services, LLC is seeking dependable and flexible Seasonal Full-Time Customer Service Representatives to work from our Milwaukee Corporate office during the winter season, approximately November through April .

This is a full-time seasonal position , meaning employees are expected to work full-time hours during the active winter season. However, because our business is weather-dependent, weekly schedules and hours may vary based on snowfall, weather conditions, and operational needs.

Employment Expectations
This position requires open and flexible availability . Employees must be available to work different shifts throughout the week, including:

• Early mornings
• Daytime shifts
• Evening shifts
• Weekends
• Holidays

Schedules may change based on weather forecasts and business needs. Employees should be prepared to adjust their availability and work schedule when winter weather events occur.

Weather Event & Overtime Expectations
Winter Services operates in a fast-paced, weather-dependent environment. During snowstorms and other significant weather events, employees may be required to work mandatory overtime before, during, and after the event .

Additional hours may include extended shifts, changes to scheduled start or end times, and working outside of a typical schedule. Employees must be dependable and able to report to work as scheduled during weather events.

Position Responsibilities
Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and updating work orders in our computer system while speaking with customers. Representatives will also respond to customer emails professionally and assist with additional office duties as needed.

• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve customer concerns
• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
• Update and maintain accurate work order information while on customer calls
• Maintain detailed and accurate notes
• Respond to customer emails professionally
• Manage multiple computer systems quickly and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with office duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with computers and various computer applications
• Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks efficiently
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Must be reliable and dependable
• Must have open and flexible availability
• Must be available to work different shifts throughout the week
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as operationally required
• Must be able and willing to work mandatory overtime during weather events
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
