Pay & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $45.00 $50.00 per hour
- Mileage Reimbursement
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 after 60 days, additional $2,000 after 180 days

What You'll Do
- Manage ventilation care for pediatric and ALS patients
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Set up, troubleshoot, and monitor advanced respiratory equipment
- Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory management
- Document care activities meticulously
- Provide on-call consultation support to healthcare teams
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to optimize patient outcomes
What You Need
- Required:
- Active RRT or RN license
- Valid driver's license
- Pediatric and/or ALS ventilation experience
- Proficiency with respiratory equipment software
- Strong communication and independent working skills
- Preferred:
- Home respiratory care experience
- Familiarity with Care Orchestrator, Astral software
- Advanced technical skills
