Licensed Practical Nurse
Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic
Licensed Practical Nurse (Ponce) Seeking a dedicated LPN to provide hands‑on patient care in a fast‑paced clinical setting. Responsibilities include preparing patients for examinations, performing triage and vital signs, documenting patient histories in EMR, collecting lab specimens, administering medications and injections, starting IVs, placing catheters, and supporting occupational medicine services such as drug screening and pulmonary tests. Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA and OSHA, performing administrative duties, and supporting quality assurance are also key duties. Must have completed an accredited LPN program, hold a valid Georgia licensure, and possess proficiency in clinical procedures, venipuncture, injections, and EMR software. Ideal candidates are team players with a positive attitude, flexible to work 12‑hour shifts, weekends, and travel as needed.
