Our Teacher's Aides are a valuable part of our team and can work seasonally around school activities. They assist in cleaning to ensure our building looks great for the next day as well as supervise and guide children in activities at the end of the day.

Our IDEAL Teacher's Aide:

• is 16 years old and able to count in ratio in a licensed child care center;
• is able to work 3 days a week from 3:30-6:00
• is willing and able to vacuum, mop, and complete other cleaning tasks;
• is able to work six months or more out of the calendar year around school activities;
• is positive;
• is professional;
• is passionate about the care and education of young children.

Little Learners offers children ages 12 months to six years the opportunity to explore, create, and imagine while they develop academically, socially, emotionally, and physically. It is owned and operated by Christi Eaton and Kim Maples who are both former elementary teachers and reading specialists. Together they have over 50 years of experience in education.
