Job Overview A law firm seeks an associate with over four years of experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex real estate joint venture agreements in Miami, FL. The successful candidate will work on sophisticated transactions for institutional investors, private equity funds, developers, family offices, and operating partners across the United States. Duties Structure and draft complex real estate joint venture agreements. Negotiate transaction documents with various stakeholders. Collaborate with experienced practitioners on joint venture transactions. Provide strategic counsel on real estate asset ventures. Requirements Over four years of relevant experience. Strong academic credentials. Excellent communication skills. Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission. Experience with real estate joint venture or partnership/LLC structuring preferred. Sophisticated law firm employment history preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission. Skills Strong negotiation and drafting skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
