Garza DDS is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our established Gilbert dental practice. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule, a supportive team, and the chance to be part of a practice that provides more than basic dental care. Our office offers comprehensive dentistry in one location, including general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, same-day dentistry, dental implants, TMJ care, sleep apnea treatment, emergency dentistry, and more. We are looking for a Dental Assistant who is dependable, friendly, organized, and confident helping patients feel comfortable from the moment they enter the treatment room. Why This Role Is Worth a Look Monday–Thursday schedule No Fridays Consistent hours: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM One-hour lunch from 12:00 PM–1:00 PM Established Gilbert dental practice Broad clinical variety Modern technology and advanced procedures Supportive doctor and team Opportunity to keep learning and growing Patient-focused office with a strong reputation in the community What You’ll Do Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials Take dental x-rays as needed Support patient comfort before, during, and after treatment Review treatment steps with patients and help answer basic questions Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked operatories Follow infection control, sterilization, and OSHA standards Document clinical notes accurately and efficiently Help the team stay on schedule and create a smooth patient experience Pitch in where needed to support the flow of the office What We’re Looking For Dental Assistant experience preferred Arizona x-ray certification preferred, if applicable Strong chairside assisting skills Positive attitude and professional communication Reliable, punctual, and organized Comfortable working in a busy dental practice Ability to build trust with patients Team-first mindset Willingness to learn new procedures and technology Experience with cosmetic dentistry, same-day crowns, dental implants, oral surgery, TMJ care, sleep apnea dentistry, or advanced restorative procedures is a plus, but not required.
